Electrolock to Participate at Battery Power 2009

Battery Power 2009, an international conference highlighting the latest developments and technologies in the battery industry, will be held October 20-21 in Denver, Colorado.

This seventh annual event will feature more than 30 presentations on portable, stationary and automotive battery technology, as well as battery manufacturing, materials and reseach & development. Topics will include new battery designs, emerging technologies, battery materials, power management, charging and testing systems, battery health, as well as the latest market trends affecting the industry. The conference is designed for OEM design engineers, system engineers, technical and management professionals involved in the battery powered products and systems, battery manufacturing, battery technology and research & development and power management technology.

Electrolock Doubles the Size of Their Manufacturing Facility


Electrolock Inc. has doubled the size of their manufacturing facility in Hiram, Ohio. The plant was 18,000 square feet and as of January 2009, is now 36,000 square feet. Electrolock continues to focus on new product initiatives and has significantly increased their need for space due to new process technology, equipment and capacity demands. Electrolock also has a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Duncan, SC.
